When the developers of America’s new LNG export terminals needed to emphasize the substantial economic impacts of LNG, Jason French, then the head of Cheniere Energy’s state government affairs department, and Dawn Cole, as a contract lobbyist, led the charge in Louisiana – launching Our Energy Moment (OEM) and engaging state and federal leaders to get behind the cause.  Through press conferences and public forums with state and Congressional leaders, French, Cole and OEM helped frame the debate around natural gas exports, and helped position Louisiana as the global leader it is today.
